How long will my repair take?
This is always difficult to answer as the answer always depends on the type of repair it is and how many devices I already have waiting to be fixed on my bench. I always do my best to diagnose a device within 24 hours and keep you informed via WhatsApp. Most repairs are completed within 24 to 48 hours, unless I need to order parts or if it’s a complicated diagnostic repair.
Do you offer a “While you wait” service?

Do you repair iPhones / Phones or Tablets or Ipads?
NO! I do not work on any device that has been glued together! If you remove the board from said device I will happily repair it for you but will not disassemble any phone or tablet.
Can you remove my password?

How do I get my device to you?
Get in touch, and if you are local, I will arrange a date and time convenient to you to drop it off, and I will send you the details for posting your device.

How long will you hold my device after a repair?
When your device is ready to be collected I will speak with you via phone or Whatsapp, If after 6 months the device is not collected it will be sold on to recoup my costs.

No, due to how busy my life is, this is a service I just do not have the time to offer, but I’m always happy to offer advice.
Can I return a refurbished macbook I purchased from you?

No. Other than Mac Os installs I do not offer software support of any sort
